New exhibits at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial revitalize the space and offer a compelling experience for all visitors. The Design Minds worked with NPS staff to develop an accessible visitor experience that interprets the history behind the memorial and Thomas Jefferson’s legacy. Visitors can learn about the memorial’s features in the portico or dive into Jefferson’s writings and the intentions of the memorial’s designers in the lower level. Exhibits mix engaging bronze tactiles of the memorial and dynamic media to bring the story to life.
